The HWCDSB recognizes that each young person has his or her own unique interests, goals and strengths and every student should have the same opportunity to succeed and graduate from secondary school. Schools have responded to this with more high-quality course options inside and outside of the classroom and more one-on-one support when students need extra help.

HWCDSB secondary schools are working with community partners including employers, colleges, and universities to help our students focus on their interests and support their learning. Your transcript remains on file at your high school for 5 years after you leave. After that time, it is forwarded to the board’s Records Centre.

Persons wishing to obtain a copy of their high school transcript will be charged an administration fee of $20.00. Additional copies can be obtained for $5.00 per transcript.

To obtain a copy of your high school transcript, please download the request form and mail it in with your payment to:
